David Sterling Frank was born December 28, 1982 in Austin, Texas. He attended McNeil High School and was very active in a number of athletic activities. Following graduation, he attended Texas State University where he graduated with honors receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. On January 1, 2006, David made his dream come true of owning his own business by starting his company, Vixen Entertainment, Inc. David attributes most of his success to his father who is a global Vice-President for one of the largest heart valve and cardiac device manufacturing companies in the world, Sorin, Inc. Today, David is back living back in Austin where he is busy running his growing business and has future plans of expanding internationally.
